Our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy,

Our standard return policy for items bought is 28 days. This applies to both online and in-person purchases, except in case of sale items, which you have 14 days to return.

Items must be returned in the same condition it was sold, in a saleable condition. The package seal must not be broken.

You have 14 days for sale items bought online, unless otherwise stated. If the item is unused, in its original packaging (with the security seal unbroken) and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. Exchanges will require postage to be paid by the Customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.
